As a wedding planner I organize your dream day in AZ. I do this with all my love!
During an introductory meeting I will be inspired by your love story and which ideas you have already come up with. This way I get a good picture and I can think along creatively and give the right interpretation during the planning.
Brainstorming session about your wishes and ideas
Helpful tips, ideas, advice and my creativity throughout the process
Searching for the dream location, the best photographer,
the most colorful flowers and the tastiest cake, etc.I make agreements with suppliers and negotiate for a nice price
Checking all quotations and invoices and monitoring the budget (if desired)
Keeping track of the RSVPs
Visiting different locations and suppliers
Making a complete and extensive script
Making the logistics planning: cars, bridal couple, photographer, etc.
On the day itself I'll make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
I am the central point of contact on the day itself
Aftercare: the day after I help to finalize the last things with suppliers etc.
WEDDING PLANNER COSTS
€60 per hour with a minimum of 32 hours (excl. VAT)
Before we really start, I first schedule a free and non-binding introductory meeting. I am so curious about your love story and would like to get to know you! During this meeting, your wishes, dreams and questions will be discussed in detail. Is there a mutual click?
