This is where ideas take shape. We explore mood, color palette, venues, guest experience, and personal touches. I translate our conversation into a clear concept.

I search for the most amazing venue and pick trusted partners (catering, flowers, photography, videography, live music, stationery, rentals, entertainment).

I request quotes, compare proposals, schedule tastings and site visits, and advise on the best fit.

You make the final choices; I negotiate and manage the contracts.

We move into logistics. I build a master timeline, budget tracker, and checklists, plus floor plans, seating charts, and contact sheets all in a shared planning hub. I’ll walk you through each tool so you always know what’s next and where we are. I also arranged a weddingwebsite and a personal e-mailaddress for your guests to find all the information and one point of contact for all of their questions.

We confirm every detail: a site walk-through, vendor briefings, rehearsal coordination, and a clear wedding-day schedule. Everyone knows their role and timing.
